Restaurant Industry Apprentice Program

Do you want to use your RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE for something other than running a restaurant?

Qualifications: You have spent 5+ years in the restaurant industry; you are likely working 70 hour weeks with no light at the end of the tunnel. You are an expert in your field, but are dealing with customer issues, employee no-shows and are so wrapped up in running restaurants that it is difficult to do anything else. Your restaurant experience is highly valuable in the field of forensic science. Restaurant Expert Witness (REW) is seeking candidates just like you for an apprenticeship in the field of forensic science.
