Today’s Tip: BE A LEADER, NOT A MANAGER!
Employees learn by example. Many times, restaurant management already has a no-drinking policy; and by offering a free drink to the employee, they are in violation of such. This will encourage the employees to violate not only that policy but other established policies and procedures as well.
