Unfortunately, the lax attitude of far too many restaurant and bar owners and managers – and the hospitality industry employees that work for them, all too often gets employees and customers injured, maimed, raped, or killed – and often times it is because someone just wants and needs another drink, even when all visible signs say – they have had their fill.

When the safety, health, and security of people becomes a significant and catastrophic problem that is that widespread, you can count on the lawsuits and insurance claims coming in droves.

These lawsuits and insurance claims are not only crippling the victims, but also crippling the entrepreneurial dreams of owners and destroying the careers of the managers that were placed in charge.
